Tickets, Registrations, Waitlists, and VIP Requests

Submitting a registration, inquiry, waitlist request, or VIP access request does not guarantee admission to

Admission is subject to availability, eligibility requirements, successful purchase where applicable, venue
capacity, and approval for invitation-only experiences.

Certain events may be private, invite-only, or have limited availability.

If future deposits or reservation fees are required for VIP experiences or private events, those payments will
be governed by the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Payments and Refunds

Ticket purchases, reservations, or VIP packages processed through third-party ticketing or payment
providers are also subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, tickets, reservations, VIP packages, and event-related purchases are non-
refundable.

If Stephen Hendrix Events cancels an event, refund or event credit options will be communicated when
applicable.

Force Majeure

Stephen Hendrix Events shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, postponements, or modifications
caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather,
natural disasters, venue closures, government actions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, utility
failures, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or other unforeseen events.

In such circumstances, Stephen Hendrix Events reserves the right to reschedule an event or issue event
credit in lieu of a cash refund where permitted by applicable law.

Age Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, Stephen Hendrix Events are intended for guests 21 years of age or older.

Valid government-issued photo identification may be required for admission.

Certain experiences may permit guests under 21 only when expressly stated in the event description.

Attendees are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.

Photography and Video

Stephen Hendrix Events and its authorized photographers, videographers, media partners, and
representatives may photograph, record, livestream, or otherwise capture images and video during events.

By attending a Stephen Hendrix Events experience, you grant Stephen Hendrix Events the unrestricted right
to use your name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and participation in photographs, videos,
livestreams, marketing materials, social media, advertising, promotional campaigns, and other media now
known or later developed, without additional notice or compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.
